It doesn't take a degree in law to understand that our judiciary is a sham. What worries me is that you know this better than the average Kenyan yet you feign ignorance.
That speaks a lot about your qualities as a lawyer.
There is more to being a lawyer than having your name on a certificate.
@Ssembonge, I couldn't have put it better. Her blog is an insidious drip, drip legitimization of Kibaki's rigged presidency, laughably packaged as an even-handed analysis.
Shiroh, Kibaki's 'presidency' stinks, and if you are not careful you'll start smelling too.
@Ssembonge, Well please speak for the US courts, clearly there is a backlog in the courts, has the judiciary become a sham now that there is an election petition. Do you think all the lawyers in the offices are there because the judiciary is a sham. Get a hold on yourself. You are the kind of people who are making our country deteriorate with your stinking mentality!!!
@mwikali, you stink too. GEt out of my blog. I am not the one who wrote that brief. This is the last time i am telling you insult me again you are never going to come back to this blog. Watch me.
@mainat, you wonder. They just wanted to delay safaricom so that they could sell it to the foreign investors.

Where did i ever talk of legitimization of Kibaki presidency? You know what Mwikali if you can't swallow a hot potato then it ends up burning your throat for a very long time.
